Alloway House Business Centre
Alloway House Business Centre is located at the end of a beautiful “B listed” Georgian Terrace. Built in 1823 as a substantial Town House, the building was converted into a Hotel in the early 1900’s.
By 2014, the property had been in decline for many years. After a substantial 12 month refurbishment programme, Alloway House was restored to its former glory and was officially opened by the Provost for South Ayrshire in September 2015. In 2023 the building underwent another refurbishment with new decoration, new kitchen facilities, new flexi office and a new hot seat area.
Alloway House benefits from some of the finest unbroken views of Ayr Low Green and the Firth of Clyde. Uniquely, we own part of a small private paddock to the rear of the building which has Shetland Ponies grazing during the milder weather.
